HaulKings Logistics – Rules 

1. Respect and Community

Treat all members with respect and help maintain a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive community. Everyone should feel welcome at HaulKings Logistics. 

2. Appropriate Behaviour

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, spam, excessive advertising, or any other inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We expect all members to communicate in a respectful and professional manner.

3. Stay Relevant

Please keep discussions, posts, and activities relevant to HaulKings Logistics and its community.

4. Follow Applicable Rules

All members are expected to comply with the rules and guidelines of the platforms where HaulKings Logistics operates, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Usernames and Profile Pictures

Management reserves the right to request that members change an inappropriate username or profile picture. Such requests must be complied with promptly.

6. Support and Contact

All support requests and general inquiries should be made through HaulKings Logistics' official communication channels. Please do not contact staff members privately unless requested to do so.

7. Staff Roles

Support and Moderator positions are assigned exclusively by the management team to members who have demonstrated commitment, responsibility, and a strong understanding of HaulKings Logistics.

8. Official Events

Only the management team or individuals with explicit permission may organize official HaulKings Logistics convoys, TruckMeets, or other official events on behalf of the company. If you have ideas for routes or events, we encourage you to share them with the management team.

9. Rule Violations

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from HaulKings Logistics. All cases are reviewed individually by the management team.
